    All Fired Up (Madison Falls 6) #Romance @Suebeehny #RLFblog

Today’s featured book is All Fired Up by Susan Behon, Book 6
    in the Madison Falls Series.

    About All Fired Up

    Genre Contemporary Romance
    Heat level
Fire Chief Alex Ross is used to finding himself in dangerous
situations. Rescuing a cat stuck up a tree isn’t one of them. He’s less than
thrilled, especially when he finds out that the feline in question was used as
a ruse by an amorous old lady on the makeā€¦again.
Alex needs a rescue and fate brings him Julie Hanlin, a
former damsel in distress he saved the summer before. With a little persuading,
Julie plays hero and untangles him from a sticky situation.
The town is abuzz when they catch Alex and Julie on an
impromptu date. He thinks it’s the local grapevine doing its thing until he
notices the ladies are checking him out a little too closely and whispering a
    touch more than usual.
Julie is caught in her own predicament. Alex thinks her
attraction is merely a case of hero worship. Little does he know that he’s the
center of a secret she thought would never come to light.
Kiss by kiss, Alex wants her more than ever. Julie finally
has his attention, but the whole town is watching and once he realizes why, a
desire that finally catches flame might go up in smoke.

    Genre Contemporary Romance
    Author Susan Behon
Book heat level (based on movie ratings): R
Sabrina Oā€™Malley canā€™t stand the sight of Keith Sutton.
At least, thatā€™s what she keeps telling herself. In all
honesty, she loves sneaking peeks at the gorgeous, golden-haired construction
foreman. Itā€™s easy to forget how arrogant and irritating Keith is when she
admires him from afar and canā€™t hear him talking.
The problem is, heā€™s always talking. Keith wonā€™t let Sabrina
forget her drunken and failed attempt to kiss him. Heā€™s determined to get a
do-over and sheā€™s determined to avoid him at all costs. If he has to rile her
up to get her attention, and that kiss, Keith is all for it.
Sparks fly when trouble comes to Madison Falls and they are
thrown together in an effort to stop it. When Sabrina is targeted and comes
under fire, Keith is resolved to keep her safe. To do that, he needs to get
    past Sabrinaā€™s defenses.
Will Sabrina put her pride aside and give Keith a chance
    before itā€™s too late?

Ben Carrington from More Than Words, Madison Falls 2 by @suebeehny #RLFblog #Contemporary

    Interview with Ben Carrington

This interview is designed for your hero or heroine to tell
    readers about himself or herself.
    Tell us about yourself, please.
(Shrugs) (Looks up with gorgeous sky blue eyes)—(Reed, his
best friend, nudges him to get him to talk.) Okay! My name is Ben Carrington. I
co-manage Sutton Construction with the idiot next to me-OW! Damn it!-(Shoves
Reed back.) Iā€™ve lived in Madison Falls a little over a year now. (Reed rolls
his hand in front of Ben in the ā€œkeep goingā€ gesture.)
    Iā€™m not that fond
of talking. What else? Oh, Reed called me after we got out of the Navy and
asked me to move here to help him after his dad retired. So, thatā€™s it.
    Authors call what you
want but cannot have “the conflict” — what is yours?
Iā€™ve been in love with Tracy King, the owner of Kingā€™s Cake
in a Cup, almost since I moved here. I want to ask her out but canā€™t seem to
manage the words. I go to her shop all the time to try her cupcakes and listen
to her talk. Iā€™m hoping sheā€™ll take the hint and ask me out first.
What can you not do (but
need to do) during this story?
I need to be able to tell Tracy how I feel about her and the
real reason Iā€™m so quiet all the time. Iā€™m not a jerk, but like I said, I donā€™t
    like to talk.
    What inner doubt
    causes you the most difficulty?
Iā€™m afraid that Tracy will move on before I have a chance to
make my move. I also donā€™t want her to think less of me when I tell her my
    secret.
In the story world your author created, explain what it is
    you fear most and why.
Tracyā€™s dad is out of prison and wants money from her. Iā€™m
afraid heā€™ll try to hurt her to get what he wants. Heā€™s ruthless and I want to
keep her safe at my house.
    Tell us about your
significant other, that person who makes living worthwhile.
(A slow smile spreads over Benā€™s face and his eyes light
up.) Tracy isā€¦(He gives Reed a warning glare to keep quiet.) Tracy is
everything Iā€™ve ever wanted in a woman. Sheā€™s beautiful, outgoing, smart, and,
well, sheā€™s everything. I love her so much, I run extra miles to stay in shape
because I eat so many of her cupcakes. Try them. Theyā€™re the best.

    About the Writer

    Susan Behon,
author of the Madison Falls Series, enjoys creating a world that brings readers romance, laughter, and a healthy dose
of sexiness. Susan graduated summa cum laude with a B. A. in English from
Norfolk State University. She currently lives in Ohio with her very own romance
hero of a husband and their two wonderful daughters.
    What was your biggest
    challenge in writing this book?
I think my biggest challenge was in making Ben an awesome
book boyfriend since he doesnā€™t talk much. I had to help him convey his
    feelings in other ways.
    Why did you choose
this character for the interview today?
Ben needs to learn to open up and talk to more people. Iā€™m
trying to get him to be more of a people person.
    When writing the
book, what did you discover about this character that surprised you?
Still waters run deep with Ben Carrington. He may look tall,
dark, and quiet, but his inner thoughts will throw you for a loop.
    Are any sequels
    planned for this book?
Absolutely. I planned it as a series. I am currently writing
    Book #3, Keithā€™s story.
    What genre(s) would
you like to write that you haven’t tried yet?
I would love to try romantic suspense or maybe a paranormal
    romance.
    What would your
readers be surprised to learn about you?
    Iā€™m a left-handed, green-eyed, triplet who happens to have a
    mad addiction to Reeseā€™s cups.
    Why should readers
who haven’t picked up one of your books before give this one a try?
It has everything: romance, steamy love scenes, humor,
action, suspense, and an intriguing story line.
    Is there anything
you’d like to say to your readers?
Please, please, please buy my book(s)! Youā€™ll fall in love
with the characters and walk away with a smile on your face.

    About the Book

Tracy King, the cupcake queen, has
given up on getting her prince charming to notice her.
After over a year of coming to her
bakery, Ben Carrington, tall, dark, and ā€¦ quiet, has yet to ask her out. Ben
likes sampling her cupcakes, but little does she know that his real craving is
    for a taste of Tracy.
A leaky roof on a rainy night
leaves Tracy swamped, literally. Ben brings her home with him, knowing that
actions speak louder than words. Tempting Tracy into romance is easier said
than done when secrets from her past come back to Madison Falls with a
    vengeance.
Ben has a secret of his own but
canā€™t let it keep him from protecting his lady love. Will he finally tell her
his true feelings or will he be silenced for good?
